We specialized in making Environmental Calcium Zinc Stabilizer for PVC.

We never make toxic stabilizers like Ba/Cd/Zn, Ba/Zn and Lead.

Question: Will you buy chocolate from a detergent factory ?

Similarly Company making Ba/Cd/Zn, Ba/Zn, Lead stabilizers and at the same time making environmental Ca/Zn stabilizer is like a detergent factory making chocolate.

This is not right.

How can they guarantee no contamination ?

Our Company was found more than 15 years ago, we may be the only stabilizer supplier that ONLY make food contact grade Calcium / Zinc stabilizers.

Our machinery, factory and warehouse were never contaminated by toxic chemicals like Lead, Barium, Cadmium, phenol, nonyl phenol, etc.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 do not mean that the product is safe to use.

If your supplier is making lead stabilizer and their factory is ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 approved, will you still buy their product ?

Our Applications:

There will be a list of toxic chemical called substance of very high concern ( SVHC ).

If your product contains any of these chemicals, you have to register your product to the authorities and layout plan to replace them in the future.

USA Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act HR4040 ( CPSIA ) Regulations: (NEW)

The maximum lead content in children product is 90 ppm (part per million), it's a very high standard.

Do you know that most stabilizer producers in the world, besides making Calcium Zinc stabilizer,

they also make Lead stabilizer, Barium stabilizer and Cadmium stabilizer ?

Do you believe that the Calcium Zinc stabilizer they are selling to you will never be contaminated by Lead, Barium and Cadmium ?

Can they guarantee 100.000% no contamination during raw material sourcing, during production, during storage and during delivery ?

Otherwise, your product may be tainted by Lead, your goods will be rejected and your Company reputation destroyed.

They ban the use of lead in substrate of children's product in three stages:

< 600 ppm	10 February, 2009
< 300 ppm	14 August, 2009
<100 ppm	14 August, 2011

They ban the use of lead in paint:

< 90 ppm

They ban the use of phthalates plasticizer:

for children toys: DEHP, DBP, BBP:	< 0.1%
for mouth toys: DINP, DIDP, DNOP:	< 0.1%
