Because of Greenpeace's attack on DINP plasticizer used in PVC toys, the following is the full text of EEC Commission Decision on 3rd March 2000, prolonging the validity of Decision 1999/815/EC concerning measures prohibiting soft PVC toys containing certain phthalates, like DINP, DOP, etc.
