Description:     Calcium / Zinc PVC Heat Stabilizer

Appearance:    Very pale yellowish fine powder

Applications:    Semi Rigid to Rigid Suspension PVC. For compounding, extrusion, injection and calandering molding process.

Characteristics:   

• BS 118 has extra improved thermal stability;

• BS 118 is food contact approved;

• BS 118 is non-toxic, contains no phenol, no heavy metals, and no phthalate;

• No odor;

• Fine powder, very easy to use, no wastage;

• BS 118 has no blackening problem when in contact with lead stabilizer;

• BS 118 has synergetic effect with epoxidized soybean oil;

• BS 118 is particularly suitable for transparent PVC product.

Dosage:    2 to 3 phr

Packing:    20 kg net paper bag with plastic lining.

Storage:            

•  Stored in cool and dry places. 

•  Seal the bag after use.
