Description:     Calcium / Zinc PVC Heat Stabilizer

Appearance:    Flowable yellowish liquid

Applications:    Paste PVC. For rotational and dip molding process.

Characteristics:   

• CZ1115 has good long term heat stability;

• CZ1115 is non-toxic, no phenol, no heavy metals, and no phthalates;

• Basically no odour;

• Flowable liquid, very easy to use;

• It has synergetic effect with epoxidized soybean oil;

• CZ1115 has improved mould release property.

Dosage:        2 to 3 phr

Packing:       180kg net metal drum

Storage:          

•  Stored in cool and dry places.   

•  Reseal the container after use.
