Description:     Calcium / Zinc PVC Heat Stabilizer

Appearance:    Pale yellowish paste

Applications:    Semi-Rigid to Rigid Suspension PVC. For compounding, extrusion, injection & calandering molding process.

Characteristics:   

• CZ228 has improved thermal stability, especially for semi rigid to rigid product;

• CZ228 is non-toxic, contains no phenol, no heavy metals, and no phthalate;

• CZ228 has good transparency and printability;

• CZ228 is odorless;

• It has synergetic effect with epoxidized soybean oil.

Dosage:        2 to 3 phr

Packing:       180kg net open lid metal drum.

Storage:      

•  Stored in cool and dry places.

•  Reseal the container after use.
