We only make food contact grade PVC additives in our plant. 

Grandorth is a Hong Kong based Company and has a privately owned manufacturing plant in Guangdong, Southern China. The production was started in Hong Kong in 1990, but due to capacity expansion, we relocated to a bigger plant in China in 1994.

Main Applications:

PVC toy, compounding, medial items, water bottle, extrusion tube, blowing film, profile, sheet, pipe, cable, etc.

Quality Control:

ISO 9001 system had been implemented internally since 1997. Regular training is held every month to update the knowledge of our staff. In order to keep our production process confidential, we did not apply for ISO 9001 certification from certifying agent.

Every batch of our products are QC before delivery. To give absolute confidence to our customer, each year we send our products to independent laboratory for toxicology examination since 1994. 2002 will be the 8th year consecutively we apply for independent laboratory certificates.

Free Technical Service:

Customers are welcome to tell us their problem when making PVC products. With more than 10 years experience in the industry, we can say that we are the PVC expert. Our application laboratory can help you find out the reason behind these problems and offer you solution to these problems.

Research & Development:

We has our own research team, conducting research on new chemicals and new formulations for the PVC industry. As a service to customer, we can tailor made special grades based to customer's requirement.

Non-Toxic and Food Grade Regulations:

All Grandstab products pass the following toxic regulations:

• USA F963, part 3, no heavy metals

• EEC EN71, part 3, no heavy metals

• Germany BGA, no phenol

• USA FDA, CFR175.300 food contact migration test

• EEC 90/128, food contact migration test

• EEC 98/485, no phthalates
