How to make Food Contact Grade PVC Toys?

The following are steps to be taken to make food contact grade PVC Toys:

1.    Request all your raw material suppliers to provide the 6 full set non toxic certificates issued by Independent Laboratory. (Including pigment and paint suppliers)

You can consider to name our Grandstab Ca/Zn stabilizer, co-stabilizer, rigid oil, mould release agent to your OEM factories. 

2.    Buy all chemicals directly from manufacturers like Grandorth, the product quality and safety are guaranteed. Some distributors will dilute the product with unknown solvent to increase their profit margin, these unknown solvent are usually toxic.

3.    In order to make odorless toy, use Grandstab BS110 powder or Grandstab CZ222 paste Ca/Zn stabilizer.

4.    Send your PVC toy to Independent Laboratory to conduct food contact migration tests. (USA FDA 175.300 and Europe 90/128/EEC)
