9 Environmental Non Toxic Certificates by Independent Laboratory

All Grandstab additives pass the following 9 environmental non toxic regulations:

• 1. RoHS 2005/618/EEC no heavy metals, PBB, PBDE tests

• 2. Nonyl Phenol test

• 3. Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons test  

• 4. USA F963, part 3, USA's No heavy metals.

• 5. EEC EN71, part 3, EEC's No heavy metals.

• 6. EEC BGA, No phenol

• 7. USA FDA, CFR 175.300, USA's food contact migration tests.

• 8. EEC 2002/72, EEC's food contact migration tests.

• 9. EEC 1999/815, No Phthalates: no DBP, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DNOP, DIDP.

1.    Unlike most PVC additive producers who make Ca/Zn, Ba/Zn, and Lead additives in the same plant, Grandorth Specialty Chemical produces only Ca/Zn food contact grade additives. Therefore, our plant is not contaminated by toxic chemicals.

2.    Year 2003 is the 9th consecutive year we send our products to independent laboratory for testing, therefore, giving customer absolute confidence in our product quality and safety.

3.    Unlike most suppliers who issue toxic reports by their QC manager, our testing reports are issued by independent laboratory which are more accurate and reliable.

4.    We suggest customer to request these 6 full set toxic certificates issued by independent laboratory from each raw material suppliers (including pigment and spray paint supplier). This will enable your PVC product to be toxic free and your product will not be rejected by supplier if you fail the toxic test.
